CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICY: ————- 🛑If you are sick, have any sick symptoms prior or noticed right before the service your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be nonrefundable, you are responsible for letting me know you are sick. 🛑TIME RESTRICTIONS: Late clients may or may not be accepted. The acceptance of late clients will take into account how much time is left and if any other clients are booked for that day (unrelated separate bookings/bridal parties). Accepted late clients will be subject to the late fees, $20.00 will be added to remaining balance for every 10 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time. Non accepted clients, appointment will be cancelled after 10 minutes. 🛑CANCELLATION: Please be respectful of my time. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable, meaning a deposit put down for a specific person cannot be applied to anyone else's balance. For Single client appointments, cancellations or reschedules must be made more than 48 hours in advance to roll your deposit over (reschedules allowed ONE time only), cancelling within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service balance and cancellations with 12 hours or less notice will be charged 100%. For Group Bookings (3+ people or bridal parties), any cancellations or reductions in party size must be made at least 7 days prior to the date, cancellations made less than 7 days before the appointment will be charged 100% of the remaining balance for all scheduled services. No shows will be charged 100% of the service and banned from future booking until paid. Acceptance of late clients is at my discretion, a $20.00 late fee is added for every 10 minutes of delay and appointments are cancelled after 10 minutes. For group services, if a client is 20+ minutes late and leaves my chair empty, I reserve the right to cut their service to finish on time and a waiting fee of $30.00 for every 15 minutes ($50.00 for every 30 minutes) will be added to the final invoice 🛑RETAINERS are NON - Refundable and NON - Transferrable. If a deposit was put down for a certain person, their retainer CAN NOT be used for someone else or someone’s else’s balance. 🛑NO CALL/NO SHOW: You will be charged 100% of the service and will be banned from booking with me again, until it’s paid. Any future appointments after that will require full service amount paid prior to appointment. 🛑RESCHEDULING: Appointments must be done more than 24 hrs from your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. The deposit will be credited to your rescheduled appointment. Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE. A second rescheduling will require a new deposit. 🛑DURING YOUR SERVICE: If I’m servicing various people and if anyone receiving the services is 20+ minutes late and the artist is left with no one to work on, the artist may have to cut services to finish on time. I do charge $50.00 for every 30 minutes that I have to wait for the next person to be serviced or $30.00 for every 15 minutes that I have to wait. 🛑PARKING FEES: Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee. 🛑BEFORE & AFTER PICTURES: For my portfolio/website/advertising, I like to take before and after photos/videos. If you are uncomfortable with your picture being taken, please let me know. 🛑PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due the night before the event. NO EXCEPTIONS. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who booked the appointment. Tips are welcomed! 🛑EARLY BIRD APPTS: Appointments scheduled between 4:00 AM-6:00 AM are considered early bird appointments and will include an additional $100 early morning service fee. This fee covers the extended hours, preparation and scheduling priority required to accommodate these time slots. 🛑OVERTIME: Additional unplanned services (such as addition to headcount, touch-up stay) are considered overtime and will be added to the remaining balance with prior notification and consent at the rate $135.00 per additional persons. 🛑REMINDERS: I will send out a reminder the day before to confirm once again, if I don’t receive a response by the end of the day, I will have to cancel your appointment. 🛑SOCIAL MEDIA REVIEW: The Client agrees to communicate any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding the services provided by the Artist or any additional hired artist prior to posting any reviews or feedback on social media platforms, including but not limited to Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook. The Client must provide the Artist or the hired artist with an opportunity to address and resolve the issue, including making any reasonable adjustments or corrections to the services, if requested. Failure to provide this opportunity before posting reviews will be considered a breach of this agreement. The client understands that makeup is product that sits on top of the skin. The finish and longevity is HIGHLY dependent on the client's skin type, skin care routine and lifestyle. Once your service is complete and you leave the chair and you looked over it and you approve it, anything that you do to your face to alter it, is no longer my responsibility. If you leave the chair and tell me your happy with your makeup and then you try to alter it and come back to me and ask me to fix it, I will fix it for a full face rate ($130.00).
